Unhappy Chris Greenhouse big crash at Pacific Forest Rally

Chris Greenhouse big crash at Pacific Forest Rally

Pacific Forest Rally in Merritt, BC, Canada didn't go too well for us, as we suffered a pretty serious crash on the first stage

We still finished the stage, and the next stage too, until we got back to service and were unable to continue

6.4.A.25. Airbags shall be removed

We did finish that stage and the next stage, but were unable to continue any further.

With the camera mounted inside it didnt look like the shock from impact was all that much but im guessing it was a take your breathe jolt.

My first vehicle at 16 was a mazda rx3..I had dreams of rally racing.

"freightdog319" Are you the one driving? Im jealous.
and glad youre ok.

Watch how far Billy's seat flexes back and to the left, not to mention his head movement. Sooo glad that I upgraded to head-winged seats a few years ago. Take note out there.

Wow!! youre right, and moved a really good amount. I kept replaying that one spot and then compared youre head-winged seat and night and day difference.Your seat remained solid through the entire impact. Take note for sure.

Yes, I'm driving...but not all that well in that clip. Here's one of us having a much better run, and a 2WD stage record to boot:

I just found your ebay store btw

Nice! what kind of top speed did you hit in that 2wd stage? and how much distance was that run?

If I ever could be of service just ask, please. I enjoy living vicariously through my customers.

With that being a more technical stage, I don't think we hit more than 80 mph of so

I'll be in need of a few things, like a rear sway bar, 22mm, or perhaps a smaller one, too.

Be careful, its highly contagious and there is no known cure for the disease. Be forewarned.

I was admiring the view of the trees blowing by and realised it wasnt such a blur as in some of the other vids ive been watching. 80 still movin though

As far as the sway bar you probably are aware of no one makes it any more. Ive located some info on a 19mm sway bar but must pursuade the manufacturer to make us one more. This being said there is a possibility and some time would be needed to get one made. Not much money maybe 100$ more or less.Chris Let me know if you would like me to proceed in this attempt.

Rally...I love this stuff!! its an Adrenalin junkie brotherhood. My grandfather in Argentina (Flia. Azzolini) raced as Juan Manuel Fangio's fellow competitor for many years. http://www.formula1.com/teams_and_dr...l_of_fame/268/
Chris,Id like to believe its in my blood.

I think I found a front and a rear on another forum, but I keep hearing crickets chirp every time I ask "how much do you want" and "when can you send it" I'll advise what happens over there and if I dont get them in my possession within a few weeks, I'll contact you.

but I do have on important piece of the puzzle in my possession already...an organ donor!
