on a 2005 ram - condenser motor isn't turning on (changed motor already) - a charge is good. when its not on there is a hissing from passenger side, idle is rough and compressor kicks in and out. pressure transducer has a thin film of refrigerant oil on it telling me its leaking through a little. will a bad transducer cause the motor to not kick on as well as all the other things that are going on?
