Coronet refresh
I finally have some money i can put into the coronet. Im currently pulling the heads to get them redone and I want to put a cam but im not sure what cam to get. I have a 318 and would like some good street power. What cam do some of you recommend?

Call comp cams. Tell them what you have and what you want it to do, and they will make a recommendation that will be correct based on your exact application. They have the software to give you the best cam, and they can custom grind it to meet your needs.

Is this the poly 318? If so you are going to find it hard to get parts, not impossible. There are some intakes, they will be hard to find and pricey when you do. I think for a cam you will have to get a custom grind for that motor. It might be easier to put in an la 318, 340, or 360. More parts availability. A lot of people are building 318s these days but I can't see why a 360 wouldn't be better. Put the 318 badges on and fool some folks.
