Moe, try that at your Thanksgiving table and let me know what Mom says... Not exactly the way I do it... But an electric knife makes it real easy and you can slice the breast real thin for those turkey sandwiches that we all love... HAPPY THANKSGIVING everyone....BILL

My knife isn't quite that long but that is how I have been cutting my bird for years.

just pick out the bone fragments.
