disc brake swap

i'm looking to replace my front drum brakes for some disc brakes.
i was wondering what years and models i can get them from?

74 and later dart or A-body

I believe you can swap from a 74 or later A-body with some nice big discs. Do you have a 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern?
