Dodge Caliber Starting Problem
Dodge Caliber Starting Problem
I have a 2008 Dodge Caliber. When the car sits for 2-3 days it won' start. It acts like it is not getting any fuel. When i lift the hood and wiggle the flue line it starts. I replaced the fuel line going into the fuel rail and it didn't help. When I first purchased the car it did this and I took it to the dealer under warranty. They had it for a week and they said it did not do it for them. The problem still exists. I now took it recently to a private shop. It has been there for > 2 weeks and they said they could not duplicate this problem. Has any other Caliber folks out here had this issue? Also is their any service bulletins about this?
Also does anyone have a direct customer service email address for Chrysler I could contact. My hunch is that it may be a check-valve problem in the fuel pump but don't know.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
