My son bought me electronic Ignition to put on my 1970 Chrysler Newport 383. The instructions don't seem to go far enough for me. What do you do with the wires that go to the ballast resistor and the electronic Box on the firewall that came with the car the car. Thought I did the hard part got the distributor And now I am stuck with this worrying situation. Could really use some help thanks.

I had one brand new in 1970!!!

 

It's a strait forward install.
