Help- model and vin description concern: Valiant/Duster
Hi, I am a new member to this forum and i have a technical Mopar question. I recently bought a 1975 Plymouth Valiant but it has a duster body style (rounded front and rear body panels not square like the Valiant or Dart) . I am somewhat new to Mopars so I researched the vin # and found the valiant and Duster had a 'combined " body style for a few years in the early 70's (at least it appears that way to me from the info online) and the first letter in the vin# which is a V is the same for both for that year ('75). My question: did Plymouth make a 1975 Valiant that has a Duster body style? My concern is that someone may have swapped out the vin tags at some point in it's life. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
