HOW RARE IS THIS Roadrunner???

My fathern inlaw has a 70 roadrunner it is plum crazy(original paint), has black and white Bucket seat interior, white vinyl top, 4 speed with woodgrain counsel, a/c, numbers matching 383 magnum, chrome package-sill plates ect.. disc brakes---he is putting the car up for sale and is just curious if it is a rare one or not-I havent seen many with the 4speed in the counsil buckets ac ect in a roadrunner expecially in this color combo-he knows he can pay to have govier certify it but doesnt want to invest any more money since hes selling it, any info would be great!

The car was supposed to be left to my wife in my inlaws will, so I was very sad to hear he was selling it until I got to there house and saw the reason why--- bought a fresh 110% resto on a 73 cuda with a hemi transplanted in-not numbers obviously but its a cuda with a hemi who wouldnt like that-GOD I LOVE MY INLAWS!!!
