Identify this engine?

I believe it's a 318 LA but I can't be sure I got one stamp:

4006730-318-12, the 318 in there tells me it is a 318 but I'm not sure

Lol yeah but what year/model, I'd actually like to know because the 1974 Charger SE has the exact same engine make up of this one, we pulled parts from that engine and they bolt up 100% to this one, but you say it was a 76-84 year

the 318 LA engine is a 318 LA, dont matter what yea,r they are all the same every part will interchange. everything from a 1968 318 LA will fit a 1988 318 LA
