Low oil pressure

This is in addition to my earlier thread which is a major problem I'm having with my Dodge. Low oil pressure gauge and light illumination. Light goes off when excellorating and oil pressure builds up. But when I let off the pedal, pressure drops back down and light goes back on.
CAn anyone help me with my predicament? Would be much appreciated!

It certainly appears it's low oil pressure not a bad gauge or sending unit. Check oil level to see if it's over the fill line. Two reasons. Too much causes foaming which results in low oil pressure. Secondly if it's overfilled does it smell like gas. Gas in the oil will cause low oil pressure. You mentioned in the other post about running poorly. You could be getting fuel in the oil when misfiring.
As far as running poorly. Cam and map sensors do cause drivability issues that you mentioned.
