Model Build: 1971 Duster 340

I'm working on building a model. Thinking about flat grey body and a flat black hood with twin scoops. I've been playing around with the idea of putting a spare 440 I've got lying around into it instead of the 340. Any thoughts?

Your call. I always liked the classic look.

Mr. Duster -

It was a few years ago, I think I found it at Michael's or some place like that. Think it was an AMT kit.

Just checked, there are a bunch on eBay right now.
Search for "1/25 Duster"

I built a model of a Duster back in the late '70s for the girl that I wrote about with a '70 Plum Crazy Duster 340 (in another thread) and I think the model car kit was a '72... like Archer's above, which looks great, by the way!
I made it look like her car and then gave it to her!
