Mopar Pentastar through the years...

Greetings Crew members.
So why is the Mopar Pentastar only found on the passenger side?
Curious, Captain Chrysler

The Mopar Pentastar was used on all Chrysler products (Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth and Dodge trucks) from 1963 through 1972. It was placed on the passenger side behind the wheel so it could be viewed by passers-by. Overseas cars with right hand drive had the emblem on the left fender.
Chrysler was going for symbol recognition rather than having the public read a nameplate.
Imagine that, Captain Chrysler
