New to 360 (cooling)

I'm about to start my 360 that I rebuilt. I have a edelbrock endurashine manifold and I'm not sure what all of the different holes are for. I want to put in my heater but I'm not sure how. Also I still need to hook up my water pump to the manifold I think? Thanks for any help you guys can give me. Picture also help.
Thanks

I googled "Mopar Cooling System Diagram" and came up with this basic diagram. Some of the holes may get plugged, some may get a fitting for the vacuum fitting for your power brakes, etc. The information is out there. I hope that this helps. Rick
