anybody know where if i can get oversized lifters for my 318,i dont think the oversized im looking for is the way you are thinking, ina repair manual it says some engines were fitted with oversized lifters at the factory, i'd imagine they mean the bore, and they have a diamond stamp on them, mine has a the stamp, and the lifters i was running which were standard size didn't give me problems, but the one with the stamp wiggles in its bore a considerable amount compared to the others,

i just read about over sized lifters the other day & i noticed my lifter bores have been honed . i'm wondering if i need over sized lifters now ??? i'm thinking no but i'll have to wait till monday & ring the machine shop & ask . i hope not as i ordered a cam & lifters last night from over there ....
