I would recommend you do a couple things:

Check with the Phoenix area Better Business Bureau for complaints. I try to check unknown-to-me retailers via the website prior to making purchases.

I would hope you have a copy of your original order and of all received and outstanding items. Log a call record when you attempt to call them. Remember that they are Mtn time zone right now I think. Also verify that you have the correct phone number, and address. If y ou attempt contact via email, ensure you save those "sent" and "received" messages in their own folder so you don't misplace them.

Mail them a CERTIFIED, RETURN RECEIPT LETTER with COPIES of the above paperwork and request resolution in the form of either a refund for undelivered items or delivery of said items immediately. If they do not accept the letter, then contact the BBB, as mentioned above and file a complaint.

Be prepared for the worst (civil suit), and hope for the best on this.

Wow, sounds like someone has been down this road before! Either that or you work as a paralegal. Either way, it is all very good advice.

Any luck?

I wish I would have read your thread before I made my order. Have you resolved your issue with them? How did you do it? I am preparing my letter and will send that out, but I was hoping you had a better ending because I want the kit I ordered.

I January 2011 I ordered my conversion kit to fit a 3rd gen hemi in my 69 Charger. I sent them nearly $17,000 and have still not received but a few parts. For the last month and a half it has been "ready for shipment and will ship on Monday." But now they will not answer phone calls, emails, or texts. Please let me know how you resolved it, but it looks like I am going to have to file charges since they won't even take my calls.

I apologize for this being my first post. This thread was brought to my attention today and though I'd share some advice with dealing with Ben Grasso/Plum Floored Creations. In short, take any and all legal means to protect yourself. He has a blemished history that would amaze you.

Good luck.

Whenever I want to see if a company is legit, I "google" "So and So Inc., sucks", or whatever their name is. I've had pretty good luck with this! For some, I've found pages of rants. For Plumb Floored creations.....not much bad.
