Hello. I have a 97 Plymouth Voyager V6 3.0. Could realy use some help with this puzzle. My question is, how are neutral safety switch and blower motor connected. As I turn on the car in park the AC comes on, as I start shifting, terns off at reverse then back on at Drive. Fuses are good. Few things going on with the car: 1. Neutral switch plug wires were bare about 1/3in at the plug, covered in trany fluid from cracked hose above. Got a new hose, cleaned the exposed copper and reinsulated them individually with heat shrink tubing and hi temp rtv silicone over top. Not sure if that fixes the short forever 2) blower motor is on its last leg. For some strange reason only turns on first thing in the morning or if the car cooled for few hours. 3) reverse lights have stopped working. From what I understand neutral switch is responsible for reverse lights but I could not find any information on how it is able to affect the blower motor with shifting. Whould it be though a bad ground somewhere? Began investigating this only after the blower started having issues so I'm not sure if it all happened at the same time. Bit worried about putting all new 'everythin in before figuring out whats what. Happend before, 200$ in parts later it ended up being a 5$ part Any help with this puzzle is greatly appreciated.
