Roadrunner/Elcamino?

Found this for sale on my local Craigslist. Says it's a '69 Roadrunner/Elcamino with 383 4spd 3.23 sure grip, was there ever such a thing?

Welll Camino means Road, so that would be a camino runner wouldn't it? Or maybe A Speedy Gonzales special?

maybe someone just cut the back of the road runner off and modify the back seat/trunk area or add the panels to a camino

Looking at the picture it still has the RR 1/4 panels. Might have had a rust problem in the back window sill. Very comon. Ruined the trunk floor of my 68 Coronete, It was just cut out. I wonder what the back window looks like,
