School me on HP exhaust manifolds

Was looking into headers for my 440 build in my 1971 Super Bee. I currently have a driver's side1968-1969 440 magnum exhaust manifold and a C body passenger side 1970-1971 exhaust manifold. What I'm trying to determine is what are the HP exhaust manifolds for the 440. I think the one I have for the drivers side is a HP. Would like to also get one for the passenger side not sure what to do with the c body one. Or maybe I will just get headers.

The manifolds don't look the same on both sides. I think that I found pictures of the correct manifolds. If not, my bad! lol

both sides are supposed to be different due to space considerations

I heard that this was what the HP manifolds looked like but not sure if so I might just keep them and use them instead of headers. I will put up a pic tomorrow of them. By the way thanks

I had a set like the ones in the pictures on my first Fury and I think they look sharp!

Here are the ones I took off. For the ones that run headers is the extra temperature under the hood all that bad?

The extra heat isn't great, but most of us deal with it. For a "built" motor the extra breathing that headers provide is a must, but we have to contend with things like careful (and not always successful) spark plug wire routing/extra insulation, and generally just tighter working conditions. Getting them to fit might be another story...

Most big blocks run hot, unless you take extreme (read expensive) measures to keep them cool(er). With the gas we're stuck with today, I had to go to a 4 row alum radiator, etc.

Ceramic coated headers are the way to go to deal with the heat. I have never owned a set but, have heard very good reports.
