Motor swap question.
Ok so i purchased a nice 225- 71 dart swinger for my daughters 16th B-day and today she found out the hard way they really don't run with out oil!!!
Anyway been out of the Mopar seen for some time now but before that i built a strong running 360- 340 x heads ballanced blue printed etc and it has been sitting I'n my old power wagon for 10yrs now it gets stared once a year and we smoke the tires that's it. So now that all the Mopar info is not fresh I'n my mind what am i looking at to swap out the 225 for 360. I do still have a 727 out of my old 71 challenger? I'm typing this on my iPhone so i hope u guys understand what I'm asking
Thanks I'n advance

Couldn't resist...
The year was 1982, Seattle Washington. My best friend's family had a cherry 1969 Valiant 4dr, /6, auto, rubber floor mats - your basic transportation gig. They had handed it down to my buddy’s oldest sister, who was going to college at the time; we were still in high school and saving our $$ for cool cars, and in fact my buddy had recently purchased a 68 Mustang. Were watching Monday Night Football, when the sister walks into the room and casually asks, "What does it mean when the red light that says "oil" is on?"
My buddy and I stare at each other, wondering what would bring this subject up. We turn to look at her, and she says "...'cause it was on the whole way across from Seattle to home (Issaquah, about 25 miles).
You can imagine the rest of the conversation - a couple of teenage hot rodders talking to a "dumb girl", etc. When we went out to pull the dipstick, it was dry! We poured 4 quarts in it, cranked it, and it still ran like a Swiss watch!
So I know they can go a long way and still keep on ticking!
Good luck with yours…
