My 1968 Dodge Charger R/T with a 440. I was in my senior year of High School when I bought it for $1150.00. It was mint with 50K for miles. I never raced any classmates because they feared the 440 engine size.
I figured why race it and take a chance of losing when it was feared as the unbeatable one.
