Sometimes things seem like a good idea at the time..

Sometimes things seem like a good idea at the time...

But when you look back, it looks like a crazy stupid idea. Sometimes we are lucky we don't kill ourselves.

This is a picture from when I was working on the undercarriage on the Dart. I was pressure washing and painting. I have two lifts in the garage right in the background, but I didn't want to make a mess in there.



Dont try this at home.

For those that have never seen underneath the Dart, here it is when it was almost done. Back inside the garage on a lift.

Steve, we are all young and stupid sometimes...... at least thats what I tell myself when I look back at something stupid I did. Even if it was 5 minutes ago.

Rear engine dart???

I didn't know the dart had a rear engine option.

Ha! No, I had to back to look why would you say that. It does look like it is lifting by the trunk lid, actually there were chains lifting the back of the car. The trunk lid was not even being touched. Good eye though.
