Ok....who can give me the definitive answer on what engines would have had the Super Commando designation on their air cleaner lids? Years? Models?

any model plymouth with the HP 440 from 67~71,
any model dodge HP 440 was magnum 67~71
any model chrysler HP 440 was TNT 67~71

 

Ok...I knew about the 440. The reason I am asking is because I see air cleaners with 383 Super Commando designations on them. Are these something different or incorrect?

yes there was 383 super commando they started in 68, sorry for not putting that up, not many ppl talk about the 383 S,C

plymouth was super commando and dodge was magnum, only the HP engines were super commando or magnums

 

ok...so, on my roadrunner, I would be correct in using any of the three designations...383 four barrel, 383 roadrunner, or 383 super commando?

well theres not much to pick
crap yeah the road runner only said 383 roadrunner, those were the only performance car that didnt say super commando, on the pie tin
so if your RR says supercommando or commando its the wrong pie tin,
