These were on a couple different cars. Mostly 1970 Chrysler 300 Hurst.

I've seen these mostly on "C" body Mopars: 300's , New Yorkers, Monaccos- I believe they were 15" wheels with trim ring and two piece center caps

Yep road wheels, any c-body from around 70 on and also on later 70's pick-ups and vans.
