Will 383 heads fit a 400 BB?

I am building a 400 for my 72 Newport the bottom end is fine. but I’m going to need a new top end (heads intake Carb etc) and I have not been able to find any 400BB heads so I was wondering if 383 heads would fit?

Lots of fun places to roam in your neck of the woods!!! I Live down here in the San Gabriel Valley near Los Angeles... I have family up in B-Town and My Father lived up in the Lake isabella area before he passed away back in 2002... So we got to go to Fomoso Drags, Lake Ming Boat Drags, Oildale Roundy Roundy, Masa Miren stock car track, Willosprings, and of course all the off roading we could handle.... Lots of good time up in the land of veggies !!!! Some of the best freshed picked Fruits and Veggies ever !!!
