I have a 1967 dodge coronet 500 that I started to restore, but have not been able to finish. I am looking to sale the car. All matching numbers rebuilt 383 engine, rebuilt 727 automatic transmission, orignally from georgia. Please contact me if you are interested in buying this vehicle. I am located in the Bethel Park, PA area.

Well the car is actually worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
My research shows the car should be worth $7,000 - $12,000 as it sits, and completly restored it should be worth $28,000 - $35,000! I'm negotiable on the selling price!
Engine Work:
Parts:
13383BK611 Engine Kit
13383C Cam Kit
Head Dowels
PC580 Tower Bushing
601-1437 dist Shaft
9110 Guides
3/8HD Keepers
S1033 Rod Bolts
BS40240 Rear Seals
Work:
Engine & parts degreased
Re bored 0.060
Crank regrind M-10, R-10
Cam rods reconditioned
Freeze plugs R&R
Pistons and rods pressed
heads reconditioned
heads resurfaced
heads checked for cracks
thin wall guides machined and installed
broken bolts dirlled and tapped
This is what was listed on the reciept from the machine shop. The motor probably has ~10 miles on it since the rebuild!

It's hard to judge on this car since I haven't seen one for sale just like it. I did a two prong approach to find the price. I looked all over the internet, and while I was not able to find an exact match to this car, the cars that I saw around the same time frame, with either the 383 or 440 (I know the 440 has higher value) they all were around this value. I also had a local car club give me an estimated appraisal. There estimated completed appraisal was $35,000. Like I said this was my research, but the car is only worth what the market is offering to pay for it!

I posted it on ebay with a reserve of $10,000! I got an offer for $8,000! I was being greedy at the time so I didn't take the offer! No reserve makes me nervous! I paid $2,500 for the car and have put in another $2,500 + my time, so if I can't get what I put into the car and a little extra........what's the point in selling? My big reason for selling the car is for space, but I would rather sacrifice some space then lose money on the investment!
I thought I read that there were only 2,500 of these cars made! Do you know if that is true? I haven't been able to find this year, this model for any type of comparison!
