440 Engine and a heap

Hey, got a project car here that'll never be finished in my possesion so I've decided to sell it.

First item:
440 engine (rebuilt at a shop in 2007, hasnt been run since) with a 4speed manual trans.
I have the invoice from the shop so I can attempt to answer questions about what was put into it (justa bunch of jibberish to me, although "hi pef. cam shaft" stands out).
No intake but has a new carb. (Not at this location so I'd have to go grab it for more info.)
Trans. is NOT rebuilt but bought a new clutch around same time as the rebuild.

Want to get $4000 out of the engine

Second item:
1972 Dodge Charger heap...
Floorboards are rusted out, some holes in engine compartment and trunk.
Hood, front fenders, doors are solid, no holes.
Driver side door does not shut right.
New Cregar rims and rubber on it (only rolled on one short tow) 15" rear 14" front.
Interior is a mess.
Needs brakes/suspension.
All windows intact.
No engine.

Want to get $1500 for that (wheels/tires alone were about $1000)

P.S. Sorry for lack of information, please don't think I'm trying to scam anyone... I will try to answer any specific questions the best I can.
