I'm building a 440 to go in an 86 dodge 2wd. Fixing to put back together and wondering if there was anything for sale here to save me on new parts. what parts do you need?

 

Looking for intake, mayb a carb. A good set of heads. This truck will be just a street truck with very little track time. I will be running the 727 with 390 gears in it. I have already ordered a cam to go in it.

 

for the heads, have you considered aluminum?
intake- i'd go for a aluminum edelbrock
carb- do you prefer holleys or edelbrocks?

 

I have a good set of 413 heads date codes 1966 I believe. They were re-built awhile ago then sat. They were for an Imperial show limo so they were never abused. Let me know if you are interested..I can send pics

 

I have a used Mopar low profile aluminum square bore intake you can get cheap + shipping. PM if interested. It needs a little cleaning up, but it had no issues when I replaced it.
