1970 Chrysler 300 440-4BBL All Original

Hey guys,
Just thought I would finally post some pictures of my 1970 chrysler 300.
It has a 440 4BBL, not the tnt. Basically the same engine except for the dual exhaust.
The car is all original and has never been restored. It starts like its out of the dealership and it runs flawlessly, and it flies!

Yes, you are correct. The Pie Pan is not correct because this is not a 440 TNT. Me and my father can't figure out which one is supposed to be on there, or if it even came with one. We checked the chrysler parts catalog and we did not find anything. This pan is on there just for that picture. Thanks for noticing!

My opinion too, however some people think it is better left alone.
Would love to be in that contest next month!!!

Thanks for the info moparted. We removed the 440 tnt pie pan.
As for the engine color, because its the non hp 440 engine, they are correct. The engine has never been touched or out of the car, so it must be right. And judging from the wear over the past 40 years.

mostly a turqoise color is for non-HP. but with chrysler there can always be exceptions

Outstanding Cbody land yacht! I have 2 myself. A 70 Polara vert and a 68 Monaco 500. The under hood patina looks just fine by me. Long, large and in charge!
