My Mopar is a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 SS/T, 1 of 3,711, Black w/ Silver stripes, 5.9 magnum, ceramic coated headers, PCM retune, automatic, 3.92 Sure-grip limited slip. She has been a awesome truck. I bought her back in 2001 when she had 24,500 miles on it.She was MINT..Absloutly loved it from day one..one of those things where, I went to the dealership with my brother for parts and saw the stripes from across the parking lot and that was it......signed papers the next day..A guy down the road has a 1996 indy pace truck ram and i always drooled over it in high school, so i was more than pumped to get my SS/T. I drove it all through my 20's, it now has 124,000 miles on it. I took it off the road a couple years ago due to a pretty bad whine, either the rearend or tranny. it is awaiting resurrection right now, possibly this winter. I miss driving it everyday. It still has no rust, runs good(probly still going to freshen it up),and im thinking of puting 4.11 in it instead of the 3.92's for a little more tire turning action. Probly repaint it( its not bad, just a few scratches from being young and dumb). I will post pics of her soon...and will start a thread when I do start fixing her up.

 

Can't wait to see pics. I loved it when one of these trucks would roll into the shop for maintance. It always had a great sound to go with it's awesome look.
