if it is alum, then jb weld will help if nothing else. Your just going to have to give it time to fully cure.

Put a little on the inside, try to get some in the crack (without breaking it), and gob it on the front if you can.

I bet it won't start becase the valves are bent from the pistons hitting them when the chain broke...
