HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my moms fuel pump went out on her 2000 s10 its the 4.3 vortech, put one on fron autozone, 271 dollars, worked good for two days now stays running very lound when running and also kicks on when you turn the ignition off for a couple seconds.

Take it back, ask for your money back and get one from the dealer. I had this same issue on a friend's truck (Ch*vy 1500) and turns out there was a TSB for the fuel pumps.

Sound like you got the wrong pump or it's wired up wrong.

Glad us Mopar guys can help with a Chevy...

it worked just fine for 2 days then we brought it to the dealership to get a new radiator put in it, when we went and picked it up we noticed it.
