Another nomenclature for bolt patterns?

Hello guys, since I want to swap the wheels of my 1973 Dart Swinger, I've been doing some research, it turns out that it has a 5x4 1/2, but at least here in Mexico I see another nomenclature, which is something like "5-100", "4/100" or "5-114". What would be the equivalent of 5x4 1/2 on this other nomenclature? Thanks in advance!
