Replacement Wheels 1993 D150

I am thinking about restoring my dads old D150. The original wheels are rusted out. I believe they are 15x6.5 with 5 lugs (lug distance?). I am looking for something like American Racing wheels but they are all mail order and no one online can tell me which wheels will fit. I currently have 235/75 R15 Goodyear tires. If can find similar sized rims I could keep 2 of the newer tires and replace only 2. I am not sure if the the wheel is hub centric or lug centric. OR if I can use any kind of offset wheel. These look like they are offset quite a bit. I will have to pull it off at some point to get a better look but with all the rust I would prefer to do that when I am ready to change it out. Any advice? Can I even go with 15x7 wheels? Any clearance issues? Any advice is appreciated.

The bolt pattern is the same as a Ford 5 on 5 1/2", 7 or 8" wide wheels will fit no problem.
