Tire size work for my car?

I have a 2006 dodge charger rt with 225 60 R18 tires on it. I received some tires for free... Michelin pilot 245 50 R18s and I was wondering if they will fit alright on my charger. They don't seem too wide but I just wanted to see here first before attempting to put them on. Thank you.

It's close to a plus1 I'd say mount one and try it out on the front and back see how it fits. Now i mean on the ground turned left and full right.
