Will these wheels work on my 1975 Dart?

No they will not fit, they have too much positive offset, the wheel will probably hit the ball joint. You need something closer to zero offset. You should verify your bolt pattern before ordering wheels, I believe the drum front brakes had the small bolt pattern and disk brakes had the 5 on 4 1/2...
