2.2 turbo not getting gas to engine

2.2 turbo not getting gas to engine
Have an 88' LeBaron 2.2 Turbo and gas is not getting to the engine. We replaced the Fuel Pump and Metered the voltage on the fuel pump and it is showing 9+ volts. We replaced the strainer, filter and cleaned the gas tank out. Any ideas???
