340 Heads?
I have a set of heads a guy sold me for a 340 Im building. He told me they were 340 heads but I'm not sure. Here is the info.
Casting numbers;
head #1 3671587-10 Date 0323 other casting# aawj 360
head #2 3671587-12 Date 0313 other casting# aawj 360
How do you read the date code?
Any help is appreciated.

The heads you have could be 340's or 360's with 1.88/1.60 valves. They had the same casting #'s for 360 heads from 73-74 and again in 76, all with the same valve combo. The only 340's were in 73 with this number.
