maybe too much carb.
it cant use all the cfm's when leaving the line
what cfm's are the carbs?

How built is the motor? What tranny are you running? If auto, What is the stall speed of the torque convertor?

Tunnel rams are great for the strip only as the rpm range is ~3000 - 9000 RPM. IF your taking off at like 1200, that is a good reason why its bogging down.
