440 roller rockers

Ive got a 73 440 with stock heads and a mild cam. Whose roller rockers should I use or do I even need them? What should I look out for when I install them?

With a mild cam, I would not go to the expense. The stock rockers, if you are running hydraulic, are really pretty strong. I've run 383, 440, and 340 HARD on the street with stock rockers. My 340, last I ran it, was in my old Lancruiser with a solid lifter cam. I used a set of stock (adjustable) 273 arms on that, and it routinely saw 7K climbing sand hills. roller rockers

I am new to this but I do have some basic knowledge that might help. Anytime you bolt on a cheap and easy 20-30 horsepower that is good. A good set of rollers are balanced really well, and as for stock not very well. And who wants friction in their motor? Especially when it only costs about 3-400 dollars to get rid of it. Basically Cheap HORSEPOWER.

Where can you find NOS rocker arms and hardware? I know 440Source had that stuff but I do not see on anymore on their "new" site. All they sell are their aluminum rocker arms...

I am skeptical of the integrity of these oem rockers that I removed from my engine...
