Trying to locate a 1978 Dodge B200 fuel filler neck.

 

Around here we have a shop called “the hose man” or something similar. Do you have anything like that around you? Likely your best bet as the parts stores (the regular types) are slowly ridding themselves of that sorta thing for our older vehicles. Just make sure whatever you get is fuel rated; coolant hoses should not be used.
