87 Grand Fury Carb?

I was just given a 60,000 miles Grand Fury not a spec of dirt anywhere on the car but like all lean burn engines it just doesnt like to run. So i have ordered the mopar electronic conversion kit for it and am removing all the lean burn crap but I am stuck on what 2bbl carb to get? I know I have to get one with a vacuum advance port but what model years should I be looking for?

Hi,
the carb you have is a model 6280 computer controlled carb
if you can find a model 2280 from a 1979 or earlier it will bolt up the same and not be computer controlled
Thanks

What motor does it have ?? 318 ? Might be easier to just replace the manifold and put a 4bbl on it...

In that case I would go with weiand intake part # 8022
and carb part # 0-80570 (570 Street Avenger)
This set up will work real good for you
And the carb has a life time warranty
Thanks
