advice on adjusting edlebrock carb

i have a edlebrock 600 cfm electric choke, any tips on adjusting mixture, i have a vacuum gauge if that helps? thanks

the air and fuel mixture, thanks sorry it took me so long to get back to you my b&m shifter cable stretched on me now i cant drive until i get one, old cars arent they fun
