i am about to get my cast 440 crank ground down 2 suit my 383 . I'll use 440 rods . my block is a fresh + .040 who makes pistons to suit or can i use ford or chev pistons .( i heard ford 427 pistons can be used , ford or chev pistons are much cheaper and easy to get over here . ) are there hypereutectic pistons available for this combo . i am using this combo because i already own most of the stuff . it is not intended as a all out race motor just make the most out of the Indy ez heads i have & to make a bit more power from the cubes so i don't have to ring the neck out of my 383 like i have been , and lighter pistons to relieve a bit of stress off the rods . any comments or advice appreciated thanks .
