Berryman Chem-Dip Parts Cleaner

I bought some Berryman Chem-Dip Parts Cleaner from Autozone. When I first opened it up, it seemed like it had already been used, because it seemed dirty. I figured maybe this is what it is suppose to look like, so I went ahead and put my carb and parts in it and soaked them. The stuff stinks like it is doing something, but it didn't seem to really clean the parts at all. I left the parts in over night and they still didn't come out clean. I don't know what the deal is, but I'm not very pleased with it's performance. I'm ready to dump the stuff out and fill it with something else.
I was wondering if this is normal? Did they change their formula? Does anyone have any suggestions? I went to the Berryman website and noticed that it says there is a California compliant formula, I have no idea if this is what I have.
Should I dump it and fill with something else, or is this as good as it gets? I remember using stronger cleaner in the past that makes stuff look new when you pull it out. When I am done with this stuff, it looks almost the same as when I dunked it.

Not to familar with this product but why not just bring it back to autozone and tell them you arn't satisified, try for a refund or exchange it for sometihing else. Explain like you did in the post here worse that can happen is that wont accept it back but if they do I would try a differnt product.
