Does a 73 Roadrunner (4) speed have a nuetral safety switch??
I have been having some starting issues with my 73 Roadrunner. It has a standard 4 speed and it's hit and miss wheter or not she will start. I press the clutch pedal down, and I have to push it in and out before I hit a spot and she will turn over. One spot may work today but, tomorrow it won't work. It seems like it's worse after I run her a while. I replaced the starter relay on the firewall, and that didn't help. I'm going nuts because I can't drive her right now! I have traced all the wires from the transmission and they look ok. I see there is one wire going up the steering coulmn that looks ok also... Any help would be great!! Thanks Shawn

I cant speak for your roadrunner, but my Z-28 had a NSS mounted to contact the clutch pedal arm under the dash. It resembles a brake light switch. Hope this helps.
