Fuel or Spark Issue need HELP!!

Man im getting to the end of trying to figure out what's going on with my truck. Long story but here it goes.

72 Dodge D100 318 Speed, had points on the truck, replaced it with the Mancini Racing ignition kits last Feb. Came with a new distributor, brown cap/rotor yellow Accel coil and orange ECU box. Also upgraded to Taylor 8mm wires Mounted everything up and it ran great!! All year

This March I was having issues starting it once the engine was hot. It would start right up after a shut down but if it sat for 30mins I couldn't start it, ok vapor lock issue or something. Rerouted the fuel lines and wrapped them with heat wrap **** along with wrapping the heater core hoses and installed a spacer on the 2 barrel Carter carb. With new fuel filters running Shell 93. Was able to fire it up but still gave me issues after hot. Relocated the coil seemed to be better then I was still having issues. Was getting a yellow spark from the coil so I replaced the coil from Advance and put new plugs in it. Seemed ok but still had hot start issues replaced the orange ECU with a black box and resistor and it was doing great!! Ok problem done. Now I can't even start it up cold. Choke seems ok I checked and replaced the float and replaced a few seals since I rebuilt the carb last Feb. The truck won't fire up on starter fluid now so I'm getting a spark issue correct? Timing was 10 TDC for the longest time. I don't run the **** out of it. I'm just stumped and need advice if possible. Thanks guys and gals.

One thing, that ECU needs to be grounded. Clean the paint off the back side at one of the screw holes down to bare metal the same with the firewall. Then reattach the ECU.
