Issue with a small oil drip out of the PCV hose at the intake manifold port

Is this a common thing to have a very slow annoying drip out of this hose? Its a 440 and being on my street rod the engine is fully open. So this oil drip takes oil and puts it all over my windshield. Its possible it could be the hose I guess but i've tightened the clamp now with a socket and we will see if it holds. However before it was dripping out of the pcv breather cap itself until i sealed it. Its a very annoying problem any help on solving it will be apprectiated, im tired of cleaning oil out of my intake manifold valleys.

Replace the defective pieces or get better clamps etc. What's it going to cost total, $30 bucks ? for a new hose etc. Just throwing that out there man.

If you sealed your breather there's no fresh air entering the crank case so manifold vacuum is drawing the oil through the pcv valve. The reason why it was dripping from the breather in the first place I dont know except maybe some excessive blowby or over full on oil.

It is a little full on oil, with whats dripped out it is still over the full line by a bit. Im thinking of changing it shortly anyways. She rarely gets driven but I need to get around to it. I tightened the clamp and im barely getting any out now. However the breather on the opposite side isnt sealed it's just the pcv cap that I sealed around the edges where it was dripping out. I'll try leaving oil out of it and see if that helps. The motor has about 12k on it and runs strong I sure hope theres not blow by.

no I believe its on the spacer plate underneath the one carb, i see there is another port on the carb however too. Should I plug the spacer plate and hook it to the carb?
