Marquette Battery Charger troubleshooting

I have a Marquette Fleet Battery Charger, Model 32-175 that appears to have no output at the battery clamps. Any ideas where I can find wiring diagrams or a troubleshooting ladder diagram? I just checked the output terminals (battery clamps) and when I turn the unit on, I have no voltage, however if I hold down the "dead battery" switch, I read 12.87 volts.

Marquette battery charger 32-175

Hi I had just seen your post from 2009 about the Marquette 32-175 fleet battery charger if you are still looking for a wiring diagram I just happen to have one in my possession one that I fixed and it still has the original wiring if you are still interested in knowing where they all go just message me back thank you by the way my name is Timothy.
