no power to a/c fan switch

I am working on a 67 Sport Fury with factory a/c. I am not getting any power to the three prong plug on the blower switch. Where does the power to the blower switch come from? I can feel some wires on the back of the a/c control switch and I found a cut wire behind dash that goes no where. How many wires go to the control switch? Any one have a wiring diagram of the a/c system? Some bubba messed with the wiring back there.

Unfortunately they don't have the a/c wiring. That's what I need. I need to see how the a/c control switch is wired.
